The Fence

I AM BARBED WIRE

CHAIN LINK FENCE

COLD METAL ON COLD METAL

NOT LETTING OUT NOR LETTING IN

I RUN THE LENGTH BETWEEN

THOSE ON EITHER SIDE OF ME

I AM ELECTRIFIED

DANGER NOT CLEARLY SEEN

THERE IS NO GATE

WHERE I OPEN UP MY LIFE

JUST A BARBED WIRE CHAIN LINK FENCE

HIGHLY ELECTRIFIED

Glad this is not a depiction of you Mike; sounds like a very aloof cold person to me! Awesome depiction of one!~Che :)

Too much coffee, Mike. Just don't fence us out!

Is this a metaphor of a highly charged person, Mike?
