The Faces of Exposure

Imagine feeling all the heat of ice

Resembling the white of your fingertips

Gusts of polar destruction nipping away from the outside going in

Imagine impelling to the state of numb from the frosty exposure

A lost mind in an unfeeling body

Raw to the touch

Imagine the fire reigniting the flame from your core

Color flushing into your skin

Sensation gradually taking hold

Imagine growing calescent

Roasting in the oven of yourself

Scalding to the melting point

Imagine straddling your thoughts

Attempting to validate any and all sensation

Uncertain of it being mental or physical

Imagine being exposed

Both physically and mentally strained

Feeling vulnerable from experiencing the faces of "exposure"
