The Eyes Have It

Your sapphire eyes bear more sparkle than any stone. They pierce through my windows that only notice monotone. The ocean tides roar in envy when they see their teal tone. When you cry, it makes the azure tinge beam on its own. Even the sky above can't find a reason to condone. So, be an astronaut and fly to Neptune; it's our throne. Today, bluebirds will be our spaceship; we'll be glad we had flown. I'll kiss you with my blueberry lipstick; their light will be shown. ~ Written On: July 8th, 2017 Contest: The Eyes Have It Sponsor: Daniel Turner
