The End Game

Grotesque
Blind query
No plots of glory
To find
Justification
Of being bound
To heartache
Intense
Belonging
Personification
Of trees
Enlightenment
Autumn shining
Through the colors
Blasting
Through casting
Shadows
Brought upon
The angles of the moon
Full towards
The end game
Being that it may
Open minded
Closed
By the pain
But facing
The evils
Death
Entails
Loss
But we learn
Everything has value
And processed
Correctly
Brings about
Positive
Energy
Towards life
And enlightenment
With the moon
And its rays
Of fullness
Upon
Your heart
To be filled
With peace
Without
The grotesque
And blindness
Lost upon
Glory
Now has power
Over nothingness
To bring
Greatness
To all

Very interesting style of free verse, Russell. I think there was a judge who used to have us do lines that were less than five syllables each. Is it that type of poetry? I can't remember its name!
