The Dreamer

Silent and still the dreamer lay
while before him flies a vast array
of myriad images and vistas grand
as he wanders thru
this enchanted land

A sound
a voice
a gentle breeze
that seems to whisper
through the trees

You're here at last
O' won't you stay
and talk awhile
of bygone days
when we were young
and so carefree
so much in love
you and me
