The Dragon Fly

Nymphs are young dragonflies that live in the mud at the
bottom of the pond...
And for the most part the ooze and slime they are fond.

They don't believe in the pie in the sky bit...
They're happy with their bottom of the pond mud pit.

But one day a nymph climbs out of the pit and discovers
a surface that is a change of pace...
Something new has happened by God's grace.

The old covering is shed and a transformation takes place...
And don't you know it, it puts a smile on God's face.

From a nymph to a dragonfly is easy work for God to do...
And have you ever considered the work that God would like
to do with you?

Change is sometimes hard to admit...
But it can be more exciting than living at the bottom of the
pond in a mud pit.
