The Door At Journey's End

The Door at Journey's End

trudging crystalled snow
the standing people flank me
their prismatic souls
guide my nearing journey's end
to the door where you await

Also, my hubby used to have more luck getting to go out to daddy daughter dates-- mall, playgroup, book store... suddenly she is glued to my knee again. So I don't get about half the time I used to for myself. Laundry is my arche-enemy that plots dire things in the closet, ever piling in reviling stains. LOL.

lol, enjoy it while you can...it doesn't last long...then you become the enemy for a while...then a friend...then the enemy again...lol I found that I never got to know my mother for who she really was untill later in life ...I began to see her as a person, not just a mom...and a friend...and we shared so much before she died those years...So hold on hunny...lol 'better fasten your seatbelts...it's gonn be a bumpy ride' but fun

I especially liked the feeling behind your write and the last line. Thanks for your comments, Doll! I've been spending entire days out with my girl, Sat and Sun nights belong to my guy. I have had a hard time putting her to sleep the past few days, sometimes as late as 9:30 and this mommy is very tired after chasing her around the park-- I have about two hours till I drop. But I plan to read and comment tonight. MISS YOU, TOO. And all our friends and their brilliant words. Hugs to you! Cyndi
