The Devil and I - Part I

I have a lesson of how Satan stole my shattered soul.
He prayed on my wounded heart,
while leading me into temptation.
I was trapped in a spell.
My indiscretions took over my life
leading me down the darkest path of desolation.
A breath from rock bottom,
I was moments away from having a soul.
Life was bleak. Life was dreary.
I used to be happy, pretty, and sweet.
Instead, I had lost all decency.
I called upon all inevitable
mortality—a rapid false end to all my
problems and pain.
Everything I had was sold while
my home became a broken shell,
faded in second to my cold sweats, anxiety, and shaking
despair in the clutches of evil.
I was so low and out of control.
My life meant nothing as I chased after the devil’s gold.
In one sole direction I was
…falling…falling...into eternal loss and
soon straight to my death.

Falling down the rabbit hole of despair –We are all vulnerable and may become the harrowing and malevolent beast following a descent into the darkest points humanity can take somebody. Great write! Devil is working while on God's leash.

Thankyou so much! It was the beginning of a harrowing journey through great bounds in my inner transformation that finally made positive headway in recent years. <3
