The Deep End Again

I went and jumped in the deep end again Sorry to lose myself My only friend Could you have tried any harder to stop me? Undoubtfully, I’m the roaring sea And cold use a bit of peace. Maybe a little sleep might put me back up on my feet Guard you’re structure And don’t let it fall down Rome wasn’t as pretty mud covered sticks in the ground What’s worse is that I know myself and should have seen it coming Now they’re on me like bloodhounds And I cannot continue running. It cannot be that hard to carry on I’m not afraid Erase the scars, the humiliation, and just leave the rest of me. If that’s not enough, then tough I’m tired of walking in strait lines Stepping in the same potholes, just in different times. Looking to outer things in which to find a purpose I will not be blindfolded by myself this time around I cannot assume that I am destined to be found I can touch the floor because it’s nowhere near the ground So if you here me crying don’t be startled by the sound I simple move in circles I’ll eventually come around.
