The Dark Half

Could you love me
If you truly saw who I was
All the lies
All the broken, shattered pieces
Would you stay with me
When I shed the facade
When I revealed the beast
Behind the mask
Stripped away the costume
And showed you what I was really all about
Revealed the dark half.

Would you stick around
Or run for the hills
Would you stay with me if I hurt you
If I did something you did not like
Could you love me for all my faults
If all my walls came crashing down
If I couldn't save me from myself
If I just gave in
To the dark half
