Against the fury of fire, water and sky,
under lightening, thunder and the pouring rain,
I danced with body glowing with rage so high,
the dance of my life, dance to show my deepest pain!
my eyes radiant like the orbs of burning coal,
hair in long locks shook like boats in a stormy sea,
muscles rippled and flew like horses to their goal,
restless mind sought existence, to be free, be me.
the ground bore marks of my feet tapping in anger,
I was breaking with bare hands many chains that bind,
chains that had kept me captive since I was younger,
denying justice, love and enslaving my mind.
free I was born, free I shall live, in freedom death!
give me my space to live, and to die underneath!
