They always win; like children - it does us no good to argue with them; they have nothing to lose and teachers do.

Thanks for your visit/note. With no customers they do not have a job. Many years ago stores knew this and wanted to keep their customers. I have left many stores over this. After 17 years, I just changed to a new store over this. Have a blessed day.................

Well, ... well... -- 'Don't argue'- Definitely Yes! Don't argue. Maybe something like this to take the old air out of the balloon: 'Sounds like you're really upset, sir.' (Usually works wonders). ~ Old Customer Service Peon
