- the Crying Wind -

Understand the power of the wind,
who kneels with the earth's rotation
A musical voyage in huge waves,
to a pristine destination
The longing for freedom

Still, don't expect a place without footsteps
It's a place where dreams meet,
from past and future

Although the wind cries
and its throat is sore
Dear Maria, follow your heart wherever the road may lead
But, nothing is in balance before the wind is stable

... then ... Newton's laws have been fulfilled

CayCay Godwin May 30, 2019 at 12:37 AM I really like this, it is deep and thought-provoking to me. The Wind Cries Mary is one of the few Hendrix songs I truly liked. Unlike most in my generation, I felt most of his songs were just dark noise. Good luck with the contest and all else. Poetry hugs ...
