The Crooked Toed Dancer

Here's another poem that could be true
So pay attention now here it goes
This is a story about a crooked man
Who had some very crooked toes

Some people said it was bunions
But that was just the way he was born
Everytime he'd wear shoes or socks
They'd always end up torn

And it didn't matter how hard he tried
He just couldn't walk a straight line
He even tried to tie his toes straight
Using a couple pieces of twine

One foot always pulled to the left
While the other went to the right
He just never knew where he'd end up
And it really was quite a sight

No one knew why he was born that way
Maybe just a victim of circumstance
Tho he was never able to walk a straight line
That dude could really dance

People would come from miles around
Just to see the crooked toed dancer
He'd shimmy to the left then shimmy to the right
He was really quite the prancer

Well, I guess that's the end of this tale
And the reason I wrote it, well, who knows
I just wanted to tell you a story
About a man with crooked toes

Awesome story. Very descriptive and comical Not really my place to knock this guy since I have two left feet when it comes to dancing. Oh well, have a good one, Buddy. ...Ralph
