The Concentration Song


Christmas contest, change a song
think I'll try, I can't go wrong.

Got two lines but it won't last
concentration's going fast.

Barking dogs, phone rings and rings.
If it don't stop I'll break that thing.

Gee, oh wouldn't it be great
if I could only concentrate!

And, as far as contests go...that is NOT true (below) as the contest hosts CANNOT see the names of the poets who enter poems, the names are hidden until the contest is judged, so it is totally on the poems merit alone!
