The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

The Coffee Mug

The Coffee Mug Conspicuous trails Of coffee gone dry on mug Hot and fresh no more Cling like those few memories That mottle life's ceramic !

I like the extended metaphor here. I also like the "mottle life's ceramic" both for sound and sense. Good poem.
