The Clerihewer of the Fewer Continuation

If you previous read the lower beginning of this looking to read a clerihew sorry, I made a silly copy/paste error, now fixed.

I could always include the philosopher your's truly
He's just a misunderstood soul that grew up unruly
I can make up excuses for him left and right
How he just ponders day and night

Long ago did he abandon his search for truth
Probably when the tooth fairy robbed his tooth
She left him a small monetary sum as he slept
Then he grew up, found out how much a tooth cost and wept

Now for a group I call the poetry soup drama club
No it's not for their love of theater that I give them this dub
It's for their concern of who gets comments and views
I think the very meaning of it all did they loose

They really shocked me and it's not that easy
To write another clerihew about it seems cheesy
But I wonder why, here they would seek such vanity
Thankfully I write mostly for my sanity

Hi, Wayland, I like this. I can tell you why some of us like comments. It validates for us that people are actually reading our poetry. And it makes for great fun to see what others say to us. Maybe half are not really reading our poems but I thank God for my true friends that come to see my poetry!! And of course, it's fun answering back to those who have become our friends and being able to see what inspires them to write about. I 've made such great friends here. That's what I enjoy here!!

I think I had responded to this in another way, but this was in no way intended at the idea of commenting and comments. Giving or receiving feedback, it was at the idea of things I read about people claiming others were viewing their own comments to get views and that back and forth banter which was disturbing.

Everyone who posts here obviously wants at least one person to read, and I can't imagine they wouldn't want a comment. I understand that aspect. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas by the way.
