We all possess the energy to be mindful,                                                    Some just choose to have belief or disbelief in their strength,                         The Emotions of Joy,Sadness,Anger allow us a rigid Freedom,                          But the root of deeper understanding holds Faith captive                                until the darkness is purged,                                                                   We must try to renew our Light each day....
