Having grown up with a narcissist, this resonates with me. Thankfully I overcame verbal Anorexia. I am however careful of the word diet I choose.

Hello Aurore Severo, if in one bite the food does not taste good I will not eat it. Same for dessert. Hugs.

I might have just gone straight to dessert. The main course sounds too judgmental. An interesting poem to be sure. Makes you think. Have a great day.

A self centered poet you are not, i'm sure. This diminutive poem speaks volumes, of care.

Not an easy plate to swallow dear poet, I pray the next meal is nothing but tasty words, and so much love to feast on, :)
