The Bride I Never Had

Sweet lily, second to none in goodness and in grace,
I chose you from the cornucopia of cinnamons in my bouquet
As your streamlined looks keep me sedated
Your tender looks speaks of tales untold
Even "Bacchus'" palm wine cannot match the euphoria of your embrace

Ah! your luscious hips inspire me
And when tomorrow comes, we will wed
Beneath the cloudless climes I will hold you dear
And like the He-goat and cassava, I will treasure you,
For not to have loved you would have been treason against my heart !!!
