The Brahmin And The Demon

There was a young, lovely, born saintly man,
Learnt to gently embrace his inner demons,
To the point he lived without needing a plan:
Modest yet proud, despite bearing any sins.

One day though, he met a beautiful demon.
She was good at concealing her true form,
But with his power he could see deep within:
Shrouds of a curse, within her a dark storm.

Though unsure, he slowly approached her,
He asked why she should be so conflicted,
She said she's cursed to be without a lover.
He began pondering why he was attracted.

He decided to take her to his priestly father.
His father sees their auras are connected.
He explained he feels a compassion for her.
His father says their love must be protected.

He said though she cannot become human,
Their attraction is certainly something fated:
With a secret spell her curse can be broken,
By the love from a Brahmin who ascended.

Her curse was broken as soon as they wed,
The Brahmin young man saw the difference,
Mind cleared and an aura around her head.
His love for her is what purified her essence.
