The Big Secret

You're ten feet away and you can't tell
These thoughts that are racing, or that I fell
When I can't get up the courage to let it out
Your on my mind constantly and I've got no doubt
That if you knew, it wouldn't matter
I heard it from a little birdie, i'm not who your heart is after
So I'll do what I have to
To erase every single memory I have of you
And every single thought, right along with it
I cant promise that I won't miss it
I cant promise you that you won't be there
Trapped in my heart for a while, but you won't care
When everything between us I'm used to, doesn't exist
When I'm one of the few you'll never miss
Stuck in a crowd that you'd never notice
I never thought that it would hurt like this
To ignore a feeling that comes so naturally, but it's just another part of another routine
To go on another day, with these feelings locked down deep, trying to avoid some sorta of scene
