The Beyond

A time to travel
The time to see
A space full of destiny
Through eyesight long and far
The distance that once divided may gather
Sensing the most small and microscopic in detail
A universe of galaxies with infinite matter
To notice the warmth and difference after a solar flare
Life and the amount of time in between
To travel or to see all things never seen
The beyond reality and escape of where none have been
Space a place where we encapsulate
Where did we begin?

This is such a fun comment! I would gladly join you on the Starship Enterprise however only if it is Scotty of course that beams me up! I too wonder at times about space and the beauty of the unknown that is why imagination is great. Yet I would love to look through a large telescope one day for inspiration. Thanks for stopping by!

A beautiful debut poem, Kristina. A belated welcome to PSoup, sista. This thought opus of brevity is like the universe ... too little of it do we really know, too much of it still for us to see. Such awe and wonder of the cosmos outward and within does your pen divine. Spilling glorious ink all over our pre-conceived notions of antiquity. A poem of sheer splendor. A fave for sure. Love and more love to you and yours.

Thank you Freddie for such a lovely comment. I truly felt the vastness of our limited space perception with this poem. It is nice to have such a comment that inspires me to continue with my own way of love for writing. I appreciate you stopping by with encouraging words.

That is the answer I did seek to have spoken through this poem. A different view of a beginning with use of a galaxy point of concept. An epicenter towards life. Birth. :-)
