The Beginning

In the beginning, what must there have been.
The all was formless and fluid,
From endlessness to endlessness,
Darkness was hidden in darkness.

Consciousness became aware of itself.
The great face “I Am” looked toward the void
with a countenance of love.
Love, the first seed of life.
