The Beam's Happiness

Tunes of happiness and joy
Laughter heard from not so far away
I saw a glimmer at the end of the road
I thought it was something fraud
Curios, I wanted to observe
Curios, I wanted to see what the road might have…

Now, footsteps are left behind
 I slowly became blind…
For the glimmer was no longer there
Instead, a strong glow glistened with no fear
I wanted to get closer and see what lay on the ground
I wanted to see whether it was true or fraud…

It was hard to get across
For the glow formed strong barriers…
Yet, my foot was able to step in
Allowing my eyes to come in…
On the ground lay the unexpected
On the ground a rose blossomed…

The red rose lay so peacefully
With its colors glowing so brightly
It has the color of pure red on its cheeks
With the bright yellow as its eye shadow’s beam
Its leaves carried small droplets of water
The represented the perfume it sprayed with a splatter…

The rose is something so simple
That may enlighten a person who’s dimple…
Thus when overwhelmed with sadness…
Remember, something simple is waiting to comfort you and be helpful…
