Dueling feelings let us know communication from soul to soul may be not only with words, but especially, sharing from experience to experience: what really happen with your verses, thus argument of your talent -a thing of beauty...

You describe the art very nicely. I'm particularly fond of the last line "sparring in dueling sentences". This is a great description of a true argument. Every success in the competition.
