The Accountant
They say we are the memories of the past
We calculate every detail like a husk
We hear numbers as music to the ears
We seek the answers like monstrous spears
I’ll tell you, we love to balance everything
From small to large amount of budgeting.
To analyzing every detail of a balance sheet
To overviewing that written check slip
Precision and accuracy is our friend.
We must always close the year end,
But make sure all the figures are tally
So we can begin with no calamity
Let me say that our value don’t depreciate.
Our time is critically tailored to cooperate
Show true value to how company should fit
Devise a plan to avoid loss and bring profit
I still get nervous, so I tend to stumble.
The thing is you aren’t a number.
But I’d like to be your company
Heck I’d even invest all my time you’ll see
The true income is hidden on the expense;
Increase performance and have patience.
Convert all working capital into an asset
See your liability like a duel to a cricket
It’s either to end in revenue or loss,
Regardless you must see thru all the cause.
They say don’t invest in a single basket
I say, believe and work for it to sky rocket
Remember that dreams, will be just dreams
Until we adjust our entries against fears
