That Kinda Guy
You think you know me,
but you don't
You feel you got a handle on me,
and can turn me ...
but you won't
Bet you thought I would be putty in your hands,
that I was an easily manipulated, malleable man
Aahhh ... but you found out differently, didn't you
Was alarmed when your charm
didn't do what you wanted it to
I took the emotional pain you inflicted,
and didn't cry
Befuddled, you don't understand,
and you wanna know why
It's very simple ... I'm not that kinda guy
I don't rollover when I'm pushed,
I bounce up quick
when I get knocked on my tush
I'm not that kinda guy
who lets you mess with his mind
And you don't wanna meet that kinda guy,
speeding up on you from behind
Battering ram time
If you collide with me,
you're gonna get wrecked
So keep your distance better yet
Should you survive the crash,
just best forget we ever met
Because I'm that kinda guy
who will turn the tables on you big time
I'm that kinda guy
who will put burn marks in your mind
Let you taste the ashes falling at your feet
So step out of the way,
if you can't pay
the failed seduction fine
I'm that kinda guy
who will supernova your darkened mind
