That Girl
I’m 10 sitting by myself in sunday school
A girl walks in and I think nothing of it
She wouldn’t sit with me right?
Yeah No one ever did
I’m 11 sitting with that same girl in sunday school
I’m 12 sitting by myself in youth
because she’s not old enough yet
I’m 13 sitting beside her on the same pugh
During service passing notebooks back and forth
I’m fourteen sitting in my room
With that girl she's staying for My birthday party
I’m fifteen in her living room celebrating
her sisters birthday
I’m sixteen walking on the dirt road
At night with her and some our friends
I’m seventeen hiding in her room
From her younger siblings
I’m eighteen wishing I was at that girls house
