Thanksgiving Food

Cranberries
Not that canned glop
That jiggles like jelly
But real cranberries

Turkey
Not a loaf
That does not have a taste
But the real thing

Gravy
Made with turkey drippings
Makes stuffing and potatoes
hot, I dream of it.

warm yeast rolls
With real butter
Satisfying
In a surreal way

Pumpkin pie
Garnished with Cool Whip
Announces
Thanksgiving

Throw in people
Old and young and
Laughter
A winning combination

Sounds like quite a feast - nothing like a hearty homemade meal!

We will hibernate like bears after stuffing ourselves unmercifully. No one makes Stove Top Stuffing as great as I do, right out of the box.
