I traveled to a place I wished before I died, Letting go of a man who made me cry
I left my job for lack of inspiration, tangled with lovers for missing sensations
Embraced many different changes, With those I filled empty pages
Of hope n despair, Adding a tattoo I'd hope my life would compare
A symbol of new beginnings, A celtic imprinted wants of living
Despite all that I have crossed, Faith within pentecost
Giving thanks to 2015, Looking forward to 2016
Excepting my burden, though my blessings are uncertain
I know they will come in letting go, Providing space for God to show
Why my battle has been so steep, For what is meant he will allow me to keep
