Thankful To God Am I
Almighty is God; and I’m thankful* to Him for His blessings abounding:
Builder of my life by His beauty’s brace
Compassionately caring for me ceaselessly
Defending my soul against deceit with His deliverance
Empowering me in my spiritual endeavours.
Faithful is He to fortify my faith midst frustrations
Guiding and girding me up by His gearing grace
Hoisting my hopefulness while hearkening to my cry for help
Illumining, inspiring me toward godly influence
Justifying my righteousness thru His holiness-jubilation!
*Colossians 3:15 …Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, …and be ye thankful.
