Thank You Lord
You are the light in my dark heart
That I inherited devoid of spark
You are the joyful tone in silver song
That catchy yellow melody well known
You are the spark in a baby’s eye
That wrinkle of a twinkle that heart’s delight
How do I praise you with my tattered tongue
Words are not beautiful enough where I’m from
How do I serenade you with my heavy heart
Knowing you are destined you are a holy star
How do I follow you when I stumble so clumsily
How do I swallow you communion hearts bleed
I am not worthy but you made it right
You died on a cross for me you are Christ
Thank you for your love for your sacrifice
Thank you sweet lord for every day every night
