Thank You

"Thank You"

Brought tears to my eyes to hear your first cry,
You did.
Brought home love, caring, and delight for life,
You did.
Chased hard feeling away with birthday cake,
You did.
Brought me pride to see your graduation,
It did.
Brought home huge smiles in form of a grandchild,
You did.
Became new light in the life of new life,
You did.
No father is prouder of what you did,
Thank you for being my kid.

A nice image of your child's growth and how much joy and hope it has brought.
