Than-Bauklava
Tasty, oh so
fine, this dough, thin
phyllo pastry.
No ifs or buts,
the walnuts, chopped,
are what’s inside.
For your money,
pure honey, not
runny, is best.
And Turkish? Shriek!
Yes, unique, but
it’s Greek to me.
