Texas ' bill SB 42 40 first of January 2026

I think the intention is good, to help military families, but I can see a lot going haywire. It depends on who would be doing the teaching, and what is being taught. Schools in the US have lately failed students miserably. And I don't like the idea of children being educated by the state. They need tactile love of a nurturing parent if they are going to grow up with human empathy.
