A Texan has no need to beg
Inside Burger Kings
A money bell rings
When anyone "murders" an egg*


*Unlike civilised people, Texans
count their chickens before the
eggs hatch, so they do not under-
stand why the Supreme Court won't
declare an egg to be a, "Live Birth"!

Crikey Rico ... I thought this might have been a joke as millions of eggs are laid each day without a rooster within a bulls roar. How can these eggs be fertile to fit the law - confusing Rico - Lindsay

I get confused with US laws, seems each state. Has its own set of rules independent of any other state. Tom

Like Scotland, IOM, Northern Ireland, Wales, but all State s share the same currency. Read up on the Mann Act before visiting the USA! Aloha!

Everything that breathes has life, four legs or two , what to do, I don't go to Swiss Chalet anymore, because of how they treat their chickens, lol, be aware of how we treat our animals, one day they might treat us the same, :(

I don't understand. Probably because I live in Texas. I guess you're talking about a heartbeat being proof of life? Oh, well right over my head :) -- I think when chicken eggs have heartbeats they're chicks?

The Texas Administrative Code (TAC) defines a “live birth” as the complete expulsion or extraction from its mother of a product of conception, which, after such separation, breathes or shows any other evidence of life such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord, or definite movement of voluntary muscles, whether or not the umbilical cord has been cut or the placenta is attached; each product of such a birth is considered live born [25 TAC §181.1(18)].
