Termites

Each day, so many wooden homes are eaten away. A termite queen can lay two thousand eggs a day. Damage is gradual, but it occurs day and night. Those little insects have such a voracious appetite. Most of us have heard of that branch of zoology. The study of insects is known as entomology. There is widespread destruction because of all of this. No wonder exterminators have such a lucrative business.
