Tender Longing


       Exploding ecstasy of an embellished petal springs,
   
                peeping through rivulets in reaping wisps of desire;
 
          to a moonlit bridge, my whispering red leaf clings--
 
                       longing to strum tender strings in autumn's bonfire.
