Ten Years Old
There's a story about a ten year
Old who often thinks she's much
Older when she runs just for fun.
And she mostly wears pinky swears
On grounds of play.
Spends her cents from yesterday
Inny minny pink and things.
Race with the mouse on the clock don't
Stop.
There she goes.
Adding her sense to digital fun.
Thinking she's a game pro at
Ten years old.
Confessing that she knows
So she laughs about math.
Her achievements are displayed.
Very good! knew you could!
Understand outstanding
Accomplishments, she smiles
Scholastically understood
And the story goes
My little niece is laughing
Me to pieces.
Now I'm speechless
Did you do your homework?
Oh, only on Sundays
Video games a priority
She's got most new releases
She regularly states with pride.
Already almost a teenager
At Ten years old
And now is the end.
My story listening friends.
