Temptation
I'm bombarded by temptation
So many delectable treats
Yet all the things that I desire
Are not just things that I can eat
As I watch my Television
I see the lives I'd like to lead
My life seems so ordinary
Temptation, says that's what I need
To live in exotic places
Wield power like a magic stick
Lost in erotic images
Dissatisfaction is her trick
Temptation, she's so alluring
As these thoughts they assault my mind
With great skill she wields her power
Yet it's my heart that makes me blind
In the end she's not my master
With God's strength I can look away
Those things that looked delectable
Seem less alluring when I pray
