Tempest of Confusion
The crispness of the day
clarified my confusion.
Icy fronds perforated and
injected furred up elements
with sparkling clarity.
The fog cleared.
My mind had been tossed
on storm clouds of bewilderment.
Winds of change had carried
me away from where I
wanted to be - blown off course.
The tempest stilled.
When the sun shone it
penetrated the dark corners
of doubt. It's heat warming
the cold bleakness of abandonment;
the golden glow
melting a winter of loneliness.
A spring of hope is sprung.
A newness of vision and
clarity of contentment.
A new, refreshing direction.
Silver lining shimmering in the
winter sun. Storm clouds gone.
