Temperance

Dear time I beg you , please let me go
It hurts to walk yesterday’s path .
Reliving pain when I don’t want to,
Rocking my life over and over
on chairs of stone the devil sat .
There was weird time when to remember
caused a reaction and brought me back
to sweeter pastures , to warmer sun …
But to remain poses the danger
of slowly drowning in shallow segments ;
in doubtful seconds , where to be lied is liberating.
Let me move forward lord of the ages,
grant me a space between dimensions
where I can ride with any Planck .
Reset my soul , with the illusion
of your continuum ,
each moment different , yet never changes .
