Tell Me About It
There are dots on the floor
that weren't there before.
Tell me 'bout love;
tell me 'bout loss;
tell me what you see out your window.
Tell me 'bout sex;
tell me 'bout betrayal;
tell me what you think when you're alone.
There are spots on the door
that weren't there before.
Tell me 'bout faith;
tell me 'bout doubt;
tell me who you'd like to meet.
Tell me 'bout fear;
tell me 'bout trust;
tell me when it's my turn to speak.
there are drops on the shore
that weren't there before.
Tell me 'bout pride;
tell me 'bout regret;
tell me all your favorite quotes.
Tell me 'bout right;
tell me 'bout sin;
tell me where it hurts the most.
