Technology Ruined Our Deaths

When it all began and the earth was flat Angels and Demons would unite the flack They would battle as they grew and always with tact As the world spinned round death would be back Along came the union of never setting sun As cities would remain alive angels nowhere to run Human kind did forget to worship the son As the world kept its twirl death would start to win Civilizations they did grow and time would excel As the easier life got the angels of might they did fail For the man forgot to call upon their good grace As the demons of death now taking souls that weren't embraced Earth still spinning where did all the mighty wings go As the man now cant sleep for if he does they will glow The black hood and lifeless bones of the reaper will show To claim what it his although the soul did not grow No more time as the grim working hard to claim whats his Angels of life all gone for the man forgot to praise with kiss Life was easier until mindfullnes erased the wings of might Now death has the reign of power through all the night
