Tears From Heaven

The sadness I feel....that you are gone,
Yet I am so proud of you, your heart has moved on,
I felt the heaviness of your heart, it brought tears to my eyes,
As I watched you reconcile from all the pain and lies,
Your heart is beautiful, it was a privilege to see,
My heart went out to you, because I experienced the same thing,
I will forever keep your secrets, you will forever be my friend,
If I tested your heart, I apologize, but it hurts more to pretend,
I knew the dangers of that ignorance, and your heart was too precious not to see,
And in the process of that transformation, God brought true love to me,
I knew there was a reason I waited, and couldn't leave right away,
And when your brother cried to me, in his love for you, I stayed,
