Notes About The Poem

Teardrop

teardrop

                       of happiness

             misfortune-stricken man's

             spirit is lifted by kindness

   his saturnine day profoundly brightened;

          money given to him buys him

              a mouth-watering meal!

                     happy, grateful

                          teardrop

love the sentiment and the fact the poem looks tear drop shaped - paying it forward is more difficult in the present situation but i do it for my friend who was so supportive when my hubby had cancer surgery and she got our shopping, now I do it for her and an elderly couple:-) hugs jan xx

Thank you, Jan:-) How noble of you paying it forward...but then again, that's what friends do for each other! I originally wanted to do this poem in shape form but realized I could perfect the teardrop shape with a rictameter. Blessings to you! xoxo
