Is he just kicking up dust? No the organization saw-fit to divide the current trophy as we know it. This worlds championship is made of ten World Championships into one undisputed prize. Instead of allowing the company Championship committee to split and risk finacail lose the company did the right thing: they held-up the title and then made both men champions recognized with two trophies Then they promoted a match at a large venue with big money implications.  a commission Panel would score the bout, and outside referre would also score the bout. The inside referre would be the "officail", but just in case of a dispute these measures had ben put in place so on that day a Champion could be crowned. TheConceit of one competiter caused an inprumet deciosn he lossed his trophy in a match against a guy taughting him. We thought they were ready to hire omeone else to do new posters. Days later a match was confermed and the trophy would be rematched or recontested, the orginal trophy winner reclaimed his prize; and waited in a unknown place for weeks to protect his current position. They said the guy leaving the ring pinned would be regognized as the former champion. The bout would reunify the trophies and a new undisputed champion would be crowned. Bout day and the match went to the wire, with one minute left a pinfall found the winner either to be one of these two men. He collaped while in the figure four and his figure applier fell back with his shoulders square to the matc the outside officail call it for the  green trophy guy and the inside offail called it for the teal trophy guy. The President of the company restarted the bout and gave them 10 minutes to finalize the deal. ( ten minute due to the nine minute delay at ringside) The bout continued and with 22 seconds left a suftboard submission found us recognizing the teal guy as Champion!
