Tea Roses

Upon the table stands tall Christmas tree It is tree Of exceptional beauty And there are presents below the tree Outside world turns white as it snows But underneath the tree child finds clothes He doesn’t like the present his parents chose But for his mother on mother’s day he still gives a rose But in orphanage there is no Christmas tree Even one of no so exceptional beauty There are no presents beneath a tree And young children’s’ faces there are no mothers to see One of the orphans knows The kid whose parents bought him clothes He knows That on mother’s day his friend promises his mother red rose He also whishes his mother red rose to give Even though no gift he will receive Because his mother is made believe And thinking that the child sheds tears which he wipes with a sleeve No the less kid flower girl goes to see But she only has roses color of tea They are darker color of tea Although they are not right color about them there is eerie beauty Kidd buys them but is not pleased with what he will see He thinks they are sad color of his destiny But that night magic force turns roses red from color of tea And with that color change the boys’ destiny
