Tea

Antique table dressed in lace and flowers Tea’s steeping vapors offer up healing powers Cheerful china patterns with hand painted roses Sweet cakes and fruit do tempt all our noses Sugar cubes dressed like tiny gifts in a dish Trying one of each treat is my new found wish Come to tea and enjoy this delight Sip tea and let all your worries take flight Be happy and smile and share in the joy Doesn’t matter if you’re a girl or a boy Embody the heat as it flows down your tummy Teas of the world is a hobby that’s yummy I’m ready for tea time, so I’d better brew Enjoying tea time, I leave the coffee for you
